“I retired when I was 85! I worked as the Custodian/Messenger for the Mayor of Hamilton and decided I wanted to get out of Hamilton as I had lived and worked there all my life. Nothing I looked at took my fancy. Then I saw Ferguson Park and I said to myself, this is it! I fell in love with it. I feel like my spirit led me here. I found my spiritual self here. I love it. It’s peaceful. I have been here since 2001. I just celebrated my 100th birthday!”

Dr. Cann Park

Mrs Woods: “We have lived here since 2008. I feel it’s fantastic living here at Dr. Cann Park. It’s peaceful, I enjoy wonderful views and BHT are very responsive to any issues. Gardening is in my genes and another reason I love it here. I have my garden on my balcony and am surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers and lawns.”
